Description:

The Nano-UHF RFID Module is a small low-power reader module, which is designed for embedded and mobile applications requiring long battery life.  Available with standard SMA connector or MMCX connector (please specify).  Antenna and optional RS-232 adapter not included.  the simple, but powerful command protocol make this reader module an ideal choice for use with low-power embedded applications, and also for prototyping, such as Arduino projects.

Reader Module Features:

• Easy to use, simple but powerful command set
• Very low power -- 100mA when transmitting, <1mA when not transmitting
• 50 mW (~19dBm radiated power  -- before antenna) 
  
• Supports EPC Gen 2 protocol, including user memory and extended tag ID length
• Supports security passwords as part of EPC standard
• SMA connector is standard, but MMCX connector is available upon request
• Very Small Size: 35mm X 30mm (1.34 in X 1.1875 in)
• Read range with 6dBi antenna = 2-3 feet
